My sermon just disappeared!!

It appears it deleted and I can't find it anywhere - how do I undelete. I didn't get it into Proclaim yet so I'm sunk there but it just went blank and everything I've done in 2 hours is gone!! What do I do?

Go to documents.logos.com. This is the most organized way to view all of your documents. You can select Sermon from the dropdown under All Documents. You can also select Deleted from the dropdown under Available.

Thanks Aaron but Still no sign or even a record of it - It just disappeared with 3 hours of work and slides gone! So much for great technology and "ease" of use. I Couldn't even 'undo' after it disappeared. No undo? What seemed to be a better way to do sermons has moved me back to Word documents instead of building my sermons in Logos -I can't trust it - at least there's a chance I can find my work on a simple doc file then copy and paste into Logos without worry off lost work,

Did you check for a previous version? I'm having trouble linking to the support site.

I have found the Sermon Builder more reliable than Word. I can't tell you how many times I forgot to save while working and the autosave does not kick in. I've only had Sermon Builder fail on me one time. Sorry that happened to you, I know it sucks.

I'm late to the game here, and this might not help at all, but I saw this post on another thread, and wondered if might be a related issue.
From @Justin Walker
While I was preparing my sermon in sermon builder last week in 39.1.6, I had a few issues with everything disappearing from the screen and it going completely blank. I would input the text reference and hit tab to place the text in line and everything would be gone. Shocked me and left me with a bit of a heart attack for a second. I had to reopen the sermon from the documents and it was there but it happened multiple times. I'm not sure if it was due to speed or if it's a bug in the software.

This has been happening numerous times. I have narrowed it down to when I am inserting scripture text. I type the reference and hit tab before the options actually show up to do it and the screen goes blank.
I spoke with tech support and they are aware of the issue and working on it. The solution for now is for patience on my part for the options (Tab and Return) to show up before actually pressing the key. If it happens and you go to your documents and reopen the sermon you were working on it will reopen. I have not tried the version history as MJ Smith showed above.
Jeff, I am not sure if this is the exact problem you had but I suspect this was the cause based on what I have experienced.
Solid Deo Gloria,
