Don't Hide Titles

When I have my Bible set on 'one line per number' it hides the chapter titles.

Is there a way to show the chapter titles as if it wasn't set to one line per number?

Like this:

    What you show in your screen shots is the absence of the header for the book. This is controlled by the same menu as one line per verse.
