Linking to "Dietrich Bonhoeffer Works in English"

There are a couple related things here.

  1. I have the 17 volumes of the "Dietrich Bonhoeffer Works in English" (DBWE). There might be a good reason that the metadata for these volumes simply shows the short title as something like "DBW 14" for volume 14 which is conventionally used for the title for the German version. And maybe that's OK. It just seems non-standard.
  2. More importantly, internally (within the collection) links usually work properly. However, the links from The Oxford Handbook of Dietrich Bonhoeffer don't work at all. I don't know if this is an easy fix, but as far as I can tell, this Oxford volume uses standard references to the English collection, but they are not active links. Shouldn't these references take me to the right place in the collection? (Other recent volumes on Bonhoeffer that I just tested seem to link properly, by the way.)

    it seems that the "The Oxford Handbook of Dietrich Bonhoeffer was produced as a Logos Reader edition. This may explain the problem;.

    Yes, @Bobby Terhune, that's it! Thanks for the insight. I checked and all the Oxford Handbooks are Logos Reader editions. I'm still a little surprised that their automated process for linking didn't include that, but it does seem consistent with other references in other volumes.
