How do I link to a specific location in Logos rather than to ref.ly?

In Logos prior to the subscription model I could choose to save a link to open Logos on my desktop and go to a specific location in a specific resource. I think it was L4. I use this as links from a TiddlyWiki index or simply a link to a source when taking notes in TiddlyWiki or Word.
Now that I am paying a subscription, that feature is nowhere to be found! I have lost a helpful function for me. There is only a way to share a link to ref.ly online. I don't want that. I want to go to the location in my Logos desktop app.
The tutorials online show the L4 way to do it from the control panel, but my control panel for books is now totally different.
Will Logos bring back this functionality? Or is there some kind of workaround?

Thanks Jason for the information. Bummer. I use TiddlyWiki which is from a browser. So my use case is not contemplated by this.
I think I can create a workaround so that when I paste a ref'ly link in TiddlyWiki I can delete the first part of the link and use a button in TiddlyWiki to wrap the link with the L4 prefix. I will be forced to go that route.

Hmmm, well now the ref.ly links open the resource on Logos desktop app. No workaround needed other than constantly closing the new open tab on my browser.
