I have content on our main team but since then we have created a children's ministry team I really need to be able to have some of the previous content on my new team to use and I am not sure how to do it.
If you're looking to access media you uploaded from your main team, when you open the media browser, you will see a Shared Group Uploads on the left for your main group.
Songs from all teams will be shown when searching for a song in a song item.
The last thing you might mean are slides you have made yourself - those can't be directly accessed between teams. You can export a presentation (File > Back up Presentation) and then import it (File > Restore Presentation) back into your children's team to move slides over.
I had a group of you tube videos for my children ministry on the main team and now we have a children ministry team and I would like them on that team.
If they are all in the same presentation, you can back up the presentation, switch teams, and then restore the presentation.

I checked with an old version of proclaim and this wasn't an issue. Now we have sections without chords, with Sunday coming. This update has also made…
We are having an issue on Sunday mornings during service where we've had syncing start happening while we are already on air, and the whole presentation will go back to the pre-service loop, sometimes in the middle of the song. We feel that once you're On Air this should freeze any syncing unless we are in Edit mode. Is…
A search in the community history shows this suggestion is not new. But I have not seen any answers from Faithlife and I therefor raise the question again: We are MANY churches who serve people with more than one language. ProPresenter and some other competitive presentation solutions offers support for parallel Bibles on…
I recently purchased a CCLI Lyric Video License. When I added the setlist as a webpage, it asks for login information, but will not advance the proclaim browser to the login page. when I go to the CCLI login page from inside proclaim, it will allow me to enter my email address and password, but the login button is grayed…
