I have content on our main team but since then we have created a children's ministry team I really need to be able to have some of the previous content on my new team to use and I am not sure how to do it.
If you're looking to access media you uploaded from your main team, when you open the media browser, you will see a Shared Group Uploads on the left for your main group.
Songs from all teams will be shown when searching for a song in a song item.
The last thing you might mean are slides you have made yourself - those can't be directly accessed between teams. You can export a presentation (File > Back up Presentation) and then import it (File > Restore Presentation) back into your children's team to move slides over.
I had a group of you tube videos for my children ministry on the main team and now we have a children ministry team and I would like them on that team.
If they are all in the same presentation, you can back up the presentation, switch teams, and then restore the presentation.

I'm evaluating Proclaim for our church in conjunction with our upcoming A/V upgrade, and I haven't been able to find an option to set the NDI output resolution - just the refresh rate. NDI Studio Monitor shows the output resolution as 1080P, so the output resolution appears to be locked there even though all of the…
I have read the instructions for adding an MP3. I have been able to add the MP3 and configure it, however, when I select the slide it does nothing. Am I missing something? Thanks.
Good morning! We're encountering a unique issue with Proclaim that we've not been able to figure out. We have Proclaim sending a display to OBS on another computer for streaming via the built-in NDI display capability. We've tried to let all Proclaim and NDI elements through Windows Firewall both incoming and outgoing, but…
Is it possible to Schedule a slide or presentation to play at an exact minute? We use Proclaim to display a slide loop in our campus monitors. However, I'd like to have ALL displays show a certain slide(s) at exactly 1 minute before the service starts. Can Proclaim do this for me?
