When will we know what resources are in the march madness sale brackets for this year?

When I have one layout open I want to be able to go back and forth between layouts. But when I try to open a second layout the other one is closed.

I purchased the Thompson Chain Reference Library way back in March 2022. But todat when I look for it, I couldn't find the resource in Logos. Did Logos stop selling it? Or, is it part of some Logos Library set (example: Logos Platinum)?
