Jack Hayford "e-quake"

I went to buy the e-quake book with a nice preview inside the logos library, but when I went to buy it online, it was unavailable.  I could buy the softback book from the Jack Hayford library, but their digital library looks like it has been shut down.  Is there any chance you will be able to offer this book again?  it looks very good. for that matter I would love to have purchased the entire Jack Hayford digital library… with sermons and notes.. if they would arrange a deal with Logos.

@ken.geer evidently, the publisher reverted rights last year. I don't have any information as to why they revoked it.
