Hi Proclaim doesn't seem to have activated our subscription and we have watermarks appearing on our slides. I also can't seem to find a phone number to call to contact them, do I have to email them. Only we need this up running by sunday.
If you want to uses the some of the media that comes with the 'Browse Media' panel you do need an extra subscription.
Make sure that the setting at the top is set to 'Owned'.
