New Beta is Buggy

The new beta is locking up my Logitech keyboard. When I hit return, it is opening up a new tab. The app will crash and reload itself in dark mode. If I try to move my cursor to a new spot, it will open up a new tab. I have removed the app and reinstalled it, and it is still doing these things. I have no problem like this with the keyboard in other apps. No problem with the last beta.

Thank you @Rob Bruce, what screen/feature do you have open when you hit return? Detailed repro steps and/or video would be helpful.

I will put together a video when I get a chance. Doesn't seem to make any difference what I have open.
