In the copy style builder, how do I get rid of the verse in the header, just having the chapter?
And how to get rid of the half new paragraph space, butting up the text under the header?
So it would end up as:
John 3: 16 For God so loved the world …
Try this:
%NoRedLetter %NoFootnotes %NoCitation
=Header
=ForEachVerse [VerseNum] [VerseText]
=Footer

[FullBookName] [ChapterNum]:

Ok, thank you. I modified yours. This code seems to be working.
%NoRedLetter %NoFootnotes %NoCitation %NoParFormatting %NoCharFormatting

[FullBookName] [ChapterNum]:

=ForEachVerse [VerseNum] [VerseText]
…
John 3: 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
I wonder if there is a four character short book style. Some book names are too long, but "Jn" for John is too short. Would be nice to configure each book based on a four letter customized short name.
I can't seem to get rid of the paragraph spacing between lines. On this forum between verses 16 and 17 for example, it works, but most places it doesn't. And the space after the header, I don't want there. ?
John 3:
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
The spacing is a bug that should be fixed in v40 which should come out this week.

So when I visited Logos in Bellingham 10 years ago this spring (such a cool visit that was!), one of the things I really enjoyed learning was that they had a department there with artists whose sole job it was to create the Logos Verse of the Day - no restrictions on which book or verse they chose, or how they chose to do…
After reading Philippians 1:1, I was curious to find out how many times δοῦλος was used appositionally in the New Testament. I did the Syntax Search seen in the image but there are results missing such as James 1:1. How do I construct a better syntax query to get every instance to show up in my search.
In my Pre-Pub orders, almost ALL show as In Production, but have not been downloaded or completed. Some of these date back to 2024.In addition the dates seem to keep getting pushed back for release on several. Anyone else have some like these? I am wondering if I should just cancel them.
I know I can send someone the docx file of a personal book I have created, so they can build it as a personal book. Is there a way I can send someone the compiled personal book, without requiring them to build the book? Alternatively, is there a way to create a group that would have access to the personal book? I would…
I want to open volume one of The Works of John Owen. I click on the Logos logo and type "Owen Works 1," but the only options provided are volumes that begin with 1, such as 13 or 11. See screenshot below. Is anyone else having an issue like this? Does anyone know a work-around? I can get to the work in my library, and I do…
