Sharing or distributing personal books

Question

I know I can send someone the docx file of a personal book I have created, so they can build it as a personal book. Is there a way I can send someone the compiled personal book, without requiring them to build the book? Alternatively, is there a way to create a group that would have access to the personal book?

I would like to be able to distribute to students some course materials in Logos. But I don't want to have to train the students how to build a personal book in Logos and have to support all of the things that can go wrong with PBB.

Also, so far as I can see Personal Books do not work in the Logos Web app and Mobile app. Do I understand this limitation correctly? Are there plans to make personal books available on the  mobile and Web apps?

@Harry Hahne  Resign yourself to the fact that the docx file is best. You could send a screenshot of the PB tool showing how to compile each book.

No, there is no way to share personal books. As the name implies, they are restricted to the person who created them.

We've heard similar requests from other teachers but don't currently have any way to use Personal Books to meet that need.

You are correct that Personal Books do not work on the Web or Mobile Apps. This is not on the roadmap to implement.
