I see a code on my Logos Desktop app related to courses. However, when I copy and paste it into the checkout, it doesn't work. Has anyone had the same issue before, or is this an expired code?
Hi @NB.Mick, thank you for the information. I tried with a single course as well, but it doesn't work. I will check with the customer service.
Did you pick up the free course already? Maybe you need to do this first before you can use coupon for the bonus courses. Also, since the coupon is for two courses, did you put two of them in the cart? It's probably best to contact Customer Service.
I think this is the Add-On deal people get after they buy the first 2025 package. I think I used that last year when the 2025 packages came out for the first time. It worked back then - I had actually bought a package previously - and I understood it would work on individual courses, not bundles.
Did you buy a Silver library? I think that’s the level at which you get a free course, and then the bonus courses are unlocked. That’s how it worked for me when I purchased a pre-2025 Silver library, so I'm expecting it’s the same with the 2025 libraries.
I have the 2025 Platinum, and Logos Max subscription. But the code doesn't work.
Did you get your question resolved, @Dr. Joel Madasu?
Yes, please close it. Thank you.

hello all, i am interested in buying a new iPad to use mostly with logos and maybe a little with Dwell. I haven’t seen a ton of screenshots of the iPad mini with logos on the internet. What are your thoughts on using the mini? I plan to mostly use two-recourses like a translation and commentary. Is mini good enough for…
I am wondering if you discussed or have plans to add any more narrators for the people who enjoy listening to the Word read to them as they follow along? I love hearing Max McLean's narration of the King James Version; it helps with the pronunciations of the old modern english words.
I'm trying the free trial for the Pro Subscription. I want to import my sermons from Word into the Sermon Builder and have it created slides automatically for me. It doesn't seem to do this and I'm wondering if this is even possible. Any help would be appreciated.
