Logos desktop app won't load

I've had the Logos desktop app installed since early January with Translator's Workplace and so far it's worked swimmingly. A few days ago the desktop app stopped opening - the loading screen popup still appears, but when it goes away the program won't actually open. I've tried rebooting my computer, and the FAQ fix where you hold down the CTRL button while loading the software and logging in manually, but the program still won't open. (I'm using a PC with Windows 12 if that's any help.) How would y'all go about resolving this issue?
Thanks!

Hi @Kelsi Miller - and welcome to the forums
What version of Logos do you have?
I'm using a PC with Windows 12 if that's any help.
And did you mean Windows 12?

Hi Graham,
Thanks so much.
My operating system is Windows 12.
The Logos loading screen says it's the free edition, v39.1 (January 2025).

Windows 12 is not even out yet, do you have a early beta copy somehow?

Oh whoops. Windows 11.

The icon saying Logos 2.0 is concerning.
Try going to start menu and typing in Logos and try to launch from there.
If that doesn't work, try going to the install directory and launching Logos from there with the .exe in that folder.
Default install directory is
"C:\Users\"user"\AppData\Local\Logos"
Where "user" is the name of you set up when setting up windows, mine "jmidg"
You may have to enable hidden files to see the App Data folder. At the top of the folder click, View > Show > Hidden Items
If not, you may want to try uninstalling Logos and then reinstalling?
