Hi,

I have purchased the PRO version of Logos and am now wondering which library would be the best to buy.

I am a writer and blogger, and I teach scripture, including devotional, topical, exegesis and expository methods. I am looking for resources that will help me delve deep into scripture and enhance my research and writing. I have gone through all the libraries, and I am unsure; it is a little overwhelming to look through. I am asking because I am sure there are fantastic people here who have used LOGOS for a while now and can offer great advice.

I appreciate the feedback.

Well, which parts of your subscription library need more support? Theology, original language, devotional … ?

And do you prefer denominational?

@DMB , great questions. I haven't purchased any libraries or books yet—I literally just bought the pro subscription. I used to be charismatic, but I don't follow or belong to a denomination. I follow scripture.

Well, personally, I'd let the library from your subscription settle in. Try out the Logos tools and see what catches your blogging-eye. You can easily waste funds in the early time with Logos. There's a bunch.

Also it matters what you perceive your readers need.

Denominational doesn't mean not-Bible. But it does hint at perspective. Logos builds the packages across wide-perspectives or 'lens'.

@DMB (or @DMB; there seem to be two accounts) has good advice. Plus, you didn't mention your skill at original languages. Logos is a great tool to help with any depth of OL based study, but many of those suggest certain specific books.
