Hi, I'm new to proclaim and I'm trying to insert a slide that will play a YouTube Video for our church service. The slide comes up and displays "Video unavailable" and "Watch on YouTube"
Hi PBC, welcome to the forum! YouTube has a setting where creators can prevent their videos from being shown outside of YouTube. When that is turned on, you will get an error like that. Try a different video - if you add a "web page" item and paste the URL from YouTube, it will work fine. Unfortunately, there is not a good workaround for your issue in Proclaim. On Windows, if you press the Windows Key + Shift + Arrow Key, you can move a browser window that has YouTube off your computer onto your main screen; I am sure there is a similar hotkey for Mac.
I found that adding the phrase "-nocookie.com" after the word youtube in the url, it makes the video work.
I wish someone at Proclaim would look into what might be done about YouTube errors. Things are getting worse. Items that I know have no security on them and have played just fine up till know, are now coming up with errors a lot. Is there anything that can be done for this? Sometimes the fix that Jared posted works and sometimes it doesn't. It will play with that fix one time and then when you play it again you get an error. It's really becoming a problem!

After syncing the service from the Mac to the Windows machine, the videos will not play. As a troubleshooting step, we tried…
Hi, Does anyone know how to display the next song? Or a way to let the singers know what song is next? Cheers
I think previously when we've clicked on the quick screen to Blank, that the confidence monitor has still shown the template details for the Clock and the Confidence Timer clock but that isn't happening now - it's blanking the whole confidence monitor. Has this changed? Is there a way to still have the clock and confidence…
Is there any way to change the default format settings when we add a new slide, song, bible verse, etc.? We have a specific font, font style, and background that we use, and it would just save us time not to have to change it every time we add a new slide.
