Hi James, welcome to the forum.
It sounds like your displays are configured incorrectly. Assuming you have two screens hooked up to your computer, one for the presentation and one to control, and that they are displaying different things (set to "extend" instead of "duplicate"), go to Settings → Display
Scroll down to "Outputs" and select the monitor that you want to have your slides appear on. It probably says "not used." Change it to slides, make sure your control monitor says "not used" and you will be good to go.
thanks so much it was a life saver
When editing a song, is it possible on the right pane where it shows the graphic of the slide, to have it pan to the correct slide as your editing the lyrics. (Link to video below) https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9b1t9vfdliwoqic4ze7j3/Proclaim-Song-Lyric-sync.mp4?rlkey=gwbofsz2z8g03b9gyddmrqadk&dl=0
For some reason not all my slide will use the global settings. I have the countdown clock set for the bottom right, but most of the slides it show up on the bottom left. I've tried turning that setting off for each slide as well as updating the global settings to no avail.
I've imported a song (This is Our God - Phil Wickham) that has several headings like Intro, Verse 1, Chorus, Outro, Turnaround. All of these heading are available in the sequence box above the lyrics, except "Turnaround". Why is that one missing? How can I force Proclaim to recognize it as a heading?
Hi - I have a Fischy music account and want to stream one of their videos in worship . it can only be accessed on their account page by streaming. How can i put a link in for a stream on a Proclaim presentation? May You Find Peace (with RE & Collective Worship resources)
Is there a way to attach an audio file to a slide? I have seen other comments where it is possible and some where it is not. Please advise
