can't update to 40.0.351

Help, I can't update to 40.0.351. I continue to get the message "Checking for updates . . ." I've restarted Logos a couple of times, and nada. I have a Macbook Air M2 with the latest OS. Btw, I have "Automatically Start Downloads" enabled in my preferences.
