Allow copying and pasting with citation when there is no internet connection

Starting in a recent version, it is no longer possible to get a citation/reference at when copying verses when there isn't an internet connection. Previously, a citation or verse reference was always included.
The new behavior adversely affects those like me who are often without stable internet connections.
The previous behavior of always including a citation was much more helpful, especially since references for Bible verses seem to be formatted exactly the same regardless of what citation style is chosen.
Please consider at least providing a default style that can be used offline.
