Collapsing / Expanding the Contents menu

Is there a way to do a "Collapse All" of the Contents menu? For example, after jumping around in a Bible, there are lots of expanded selections in the Contents menu. It would be a great feature to be able to easily collapse them all. Also, an "Expand All" would be great in other types of resources, e.g., to see the entire Table of Contents. Thanks!
