Hi I am trying to search for every appearance of Colwell's rule in the NT.
I have attempted several times to do this in a syntax search but it isn't working. Please could someone give me some pointers on how to do this.
Thanks
You can leverage the Greek Grammatical Constructions dataset and do a regular Bible search for: section:grammaticalConstructions:"Colwell's Rule"
section:grammaticalConstructions:"Colwell's Rule"
The documentation for the dataset is book Greek Grammatical Constructions Dataset Documentation. The searches are using the old version of the syntax, but if you attempt to run the search, it will suggest the newer syntax, or the newer syntax shouldn't be hard to figure out once you see the old and new syntax side-by-side.
Yeah, let me know when you find out.
Thanks Andrew. Very helpful
I tried Factbook, which gave me the definition and some links, but not to this resource and search link. This would be helpful to add these to Factbook.
Is there a way to use a text to establish a chain such that in my bible study notebook, a note as attached to everywhere the text is found. His conclusion is that the word meant "life giving", perhaps based originally on the creation story (God breathed into the form and it/he became a living person). He…
something changed so that I am unable to hear text to speech on the program that has on one side and ESV Bible on the other. I use the ctrl r to hear it. It works on the Truth for Today but not on the Bible side. I am not sure what changed, to cause that. Please help if possible. God Bless You.
Per the title, I have some discussions like the one pictured 'muted,' yet there they are, right at the top of the list. So what does the mute button do, if it doesn't mute anything? Can we have a working mute button so that muted threads don't show up in our list, @Jason Stone (Logos) ?
