Column widths in Multiple Books View

Almost every time I use the Multiple Books View (or "Display"; I've seen it called different things even in official Logos materials), I want to modify column widths, but this feature is not available.

I can see an issue with this because once I change a column's width, that change will no longer be valid when I scroll to a reference that changes the number of columns displayed. (However, there could be some code to maintain the change based on scale and available total width.) But I could live with that if I could even temporarily change column widths. This is especially important to me when my screen is kind of small.

I often think of modifications that don't seem to be important for anyone else, and maybe that's the case here. But it seems like a very simple program change. Am I the only one who would like to see this?

"Am I the only one who would like to see this?"

@Lew Worthington No, I agree and would also like to have this ability.
