Welcome to the forums! You need to contact Customer Service to get this done. I've used the online chat in the past to pay off plans and it was very convenient. You can call also call👇🏽 or send an email (LogosCustomerService@logos.com).

Call logos 888 number, press 3 for accounting, and they will help you pay it off.
