Incomplete milestone tagging error

In Anderson, Gary A. “Life of Adam and Eve.” In Outside the Bible: Ancient Jewish Writings Related to Scripture: Translation, edited by Louis H. Feldman, James L. Kugel, and Lawrence H. Schiffman, 2:1331–58. Philadelphia: The Jewish Publication Society, 2013. Most but not all milestones that in print show two milestones - Life of Adam and Eve AND Apocalypse of Moses. However, a few are lacking the 2nd milestone.

@MJ. Smith If it's not too much trouble, we would appreciate it if you could specify the missing milestone you would expect to see in your second screenshot.

Life of Adam and Eve 44:1 is missing in the screen shot.

The first citation in the upper left gives both the Life of Adam and Eve chapter and the Apocalypse of Moses chapter which applies throughout the segment.

@MJ. Smith Actually, there is no need to make corrections.

This book is drawing from both Greek and Latin sources, but there are gaps. If there is only one milestone, it means that there is only one source for this section instead of two.

A reference is then supplied in brackets for the missing parallel text. So in your screenshot, the reference [44} is the milestone that would have been used, if the other parallel text included this section.

This is a little complicated, and I am sorry if this explanation is not as clear as it should be. If you want to see the editors' own explanation of this system, it is available here in Volume 2, page 1334.
