Why just why? Proclaim is clunky junk

Why is this program such a cluster mess to use? I wonder why I keep making the mistake of getting this. I have 3 users, 17 groups and none works and none share and this is dumb. I can open propresenter or ezw and be going in minutes. This is very frustrating.

    Part of this is because of the new updated mail on ventura, lol, it hid all my "junk" mail including the help from Angie at support, sorry I gave her such a bad review. AI makes everything suck. I will read the article she sent. However, she didnt have a lot of app knowledge and shouldve sent me to more advanced support.

    We used Proclaim years ago. Ran into constant use and data issues. I wanted to do clean install import song list from ProPresenter, etc. But its been nigh to impossible. We had 3 accounts that would sign in and not sure who hosts what, etc. And since we havent used in years, no one remember who did what. Sigh.
