I have a document file set for legal size, landscape orientation, narrow margins with variable width columns. However, the compiled PB seems to restrict the table to 8 1/2 inches resulting in an inferior display of the table to put it politely.
Also note that horizontal lines within a table cell (as opposed to the table borders) are dropped entirely in the compiled book.
