Probably not today - they just issued 41.0 Release Candidate 2. That release (41.0.416) may very well be the gold release version, but it will not be officially released until maybe tomorrow, or Wednesday - no later than the end of the week would be my bet assuming no new issues cropped into this test release.
It's very close to 'gold' now of course, so you could entertain moving to the beta channel to get it - all the normal caveats apply of course.
