How many times do we have to ask - why have the Mobile Ed courses for 2Q not been updated for Verbum? We are 10 days into the quarter!
https://verbum.com/subscription-faq
I saw this posted before (and still no answer). I'm curious… did they make the new courses available in Verbum but just not update the website showing what they are?
Or have they not given you the new courses either? If they haven't give you the new courses yet, do you at least still have access to the previous 2?
Either way, I'm sure it's frustrating. Even more so when it feels you're being ignored. Even a "sorry, there's an issue and we're working on it" is better than silence.
@DMM I did get 1 course, but not the second - I want to see what the 2nd is, in case I don't own it and there is a mistake - not that mistakes ever happen….😁
So at least there's that. But I certainly do understand your frustration with not getting a response for something that seems relatively simple.
@NetworkGeek @DMM Please accept my apologies. We are investigating.
Thank you @Joe McCune (Faithlife) !!!!
It seems that the Verbum Mobile Ed courses for Q2 have been updated, but it was not yet reflected in the FAQ. The courses for Q2 appear to be:Mobile Ed: NT306 The Dead Sea Scrolls and the New Testament (5 hour course)Mobile Ed: AR101 Archaeology in Action: Biblical Archaeology in the Field (3 hour course)
@Joe McCune (Faithlife) the FAQ still has not been updated, and it shows 1Q. What is the reason this still hasn't been updated, it seems like such a simple thing? Is someone being a roadblock to updating this subscription perq for Verbum users?
@NetworkGeek I'm sorry, the office was closed on Friday. A ticket is open to have this corrected.
This issue has been fixed.
Thank you @Joe McCune (Faithlife)
Thank you so much @Joe McCune (Faithlife) !!
Thank you, @Joe McCune (Faithlife). Please note that there are also FAQ pages for Logos subscription in other languages which need to be updated quarterly to contain the up-to-date list of Mobile Ed courses included in the subscription. In particular, these pages are outdated right now: https://pt.logos.com/FAQ-Assinaturas-2024-Lancamento#perks https://kr.logos.com/subscription-FAQ#perks https://sc.logos.com/subscription-faq#perks https://tc.logos.com/subscription-faq#perks
I have opened a ticket for these pages to be updated. Thank you for reporting this.
Could someone please share a couple of screenshots of what this resource looks like on mobile? Ideally android tablet… On the desktop it says when a word it shows the English but I’m wondering how that appears on the mobile app thanks
I have been listening to PD201 as it's included in this quarters courses. So far I have been enjoying it - lots of practical and useful info. But I came across something he said that I can't seem to verify and I was curious if anyone else here might know. In Segment 29 on Ascetics, the instructor Gary Thomas says this…
In the Lexham English Bible at Revelation 13:8 is this text: “…everyone whose name is not written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slaughtered.” Almost all English translations from the 20th century or later seem to agree that phrase “from the foundation of the world” modify…
I noticed in the Lexham English Bible translation of Revelation 3:3, “If therefore you are not on the alert” from “ἐὰν οὖν μὴ γρηγορήσῃς”. Should that not be “if therefore you not be on the alert”? As “γρηγορήσῃς” is subjunctive, no?
