If you put your mouse next to it, you will see a speaker that will let you add songs.
If your countdown has anything with music, click on it and make sure it is set to use the background audio instead.

I've already uploaded several images into the slideshow service item. However, I am trying to add another batch of photos and it gets to the part where you name the batch and then click add. It starts working and says "preparing" but then it just goes back to the list again and does not add the photos.
