Specifically when dealing with title and main point slides… All I can do is make the text box larger or smaller, but the text stays on the same line. How do I wrap text or create a manual break to go to a second line.
Make sure 'single line' is not checked under the alignment dropdown.

When I bring a video in from the media center, the default volume is at 100%. Unfortunately at that level, there is a high amount of distortion due to the signal overload. How can I set the default volume to 5% or 10% instead of having to play the video and then adjust the volume down? Thanks Bob
