More Robust Note Taking App

I am currently at seminary student and have been using Logos for about a all of my notes. I love the ability to anchor my class notes into my Bible or other books to help build a web of knowledge I can use later in pastoral ministry.
I would really appreciate if would begin to build out the notetaking tool, making it more comparable to something like Evernote, notes, or other notetaking systems that have a little more complexity to them. Specifically, I’m thinking of adding things like tables, nesting,the ability to upload PDF files, and other ways to make this a comparable notetaking system.
