Provide option to lock an arrangement from changes

It's too easy for a team member to pull up the wrong arrangement for a song and then make changes to it.

Can we have an option to "lock" a song, so when someone tries to change it, they at least get a warning that they are changing arrangement X, which was locked by person Y?

Bonus points for informing them that alternate arrangements A, B and C exist in the library.
