Problem with Local option on Proclaim?

Hi all,

I notice that there was a service disruption on 4/13/25 and that may have been some of my drama with syncing to my iPad last week, but the problem continues today. When I am using the Local option on Proclaim on my iPad, Proclaim sometimes (not always) shows only the first slide to a hymn or scripture reading. If I turn Wifi off and on to reinitialize the wifi connection, Proclaim will sometimes work normally - but not last Sunday (4/13/25) and not today (4/19/25) at all. Last week I was able to log into Proclaim via my cell phone on cell data (not wifi) and was able to run the service, but that is not optimal (for 70-yr old eyes!). Today I discovered that if I turn the Local option off, I can see all the slides and Proclaim operates normally. I normally use the Local option - is there a problem with it? For Easter I plan to go without it. Thanks -

Bumping my own question - Without the Local option turned on, Proclaim seems a bit slow to populate all the slides in the service - just blank slides show on the iPad for several minutes. At yesterday's service, Proclaim gave me a failure to load message of some kind. I shut down Proclaim on the iPad and reinitialized, and it loaded pretty promptly. I do notice that without the Local option turned on, Proclaim in noticeably slower in switching slides from the iPad - but still acceptable. When putting lyrics on screen for hymns or words for multi-slide prayers, I need to initiate the slide change as we're 4 or 5 words from the end of the slide rather than the usual 2 or 3 words - so it seems a bit sluggish but ok.

So - any one else use the Local option and having difficulties with it? Any suggestions?

    Thanks -
