Is anyone else disappointed with proclaim?

Seems to have lost quality with their slides.
Videos of the chosen are not what I signed up for or paid for.
More usable slides and not the pictures.
If this doesn't change we will need to begin to look for another platform to use.

Hi Graham – I'm on the product team at Logos and I’d be grateful for the chance to hear more about your experience and understand how we can improve. If you’re open to it, you can book a time on my calendar that's convenient for you.
Thanks for being part of the Proclaim community.

Interesting that you mentioned this.
We have been commenting on the drop in quality in what is offered as well.

In the media library under collections, uncheck "Community Media." You are seeing things users have uploaded, which are very inconsistent in quality.

Yes. I was thrust into the “Tech guy” position at church when the others left. They never really used the product efficiently to begin with but now I think I understand why. It’s like wrestling a grizzly bear in a mud pit with castor oil.
The product is more quirky than Pee Wee Herman on LSD. Songs that are half there upon download necessitating hands on data input to correct, slides that start out at 150 pics that progressively shrink to 15 pica if the song has more than three verses. Note- that one angers the old folks as they think we are doing it on purpose.
Constantly rebooting to flush where the words get multi colored instead of one color to no avail. Had to completely rebuild that Sunday slide set to get that one to finally go away.
As a product it lacks much.

Not in the least, @Graham Forbes — to be sure, there have been times when I have been disappointed by Proclaim, but they have always been very responsive to fix issues. As far as slide quality, @Justin Gatlin has good advice. I create almost all of our media, so it has never been an issue for us.
@Tracy DeLaughter I'd love to help if I can. I would highly recommend learning more at the site below. As to song lyrics, Proclaim shrinks the font in order to fit everything on the slide — best practice is always to edit the slides to 25 or so characters per line and 3 to 4 lines and add a line break. Once a song is formatted to fit, you can use Add Item > Reuse Item to find the song and it will pull into Proclaim exactly as it was the last time. I'm not sure about your other complaints, I haven't experienced those things — but I'd like to help if I can.
