Allow us to override Logos bias by attaching n - using the creation stories of Genesis as an example

Because of its reference to image, I prefer to use the Genesis 1 reference for the creation of mankind rather than Genesis 2. This is especially important to me in the current political environment as Genesis 1 has an androgynous Adam rather than a male Adam. However, Logos not only makes Genesis 2 the primary text, it does not even make Genesis 1 co-equal (the way I would code it) but rather ignores Genesis 1 as a defining passage despite it being the source of image and likeness. This type of bias in Logos is the reason that we absolutely need to be able to add notes to Factbook to document and override the Logos interpretive bias. Ideally, it would be possible to note "corrections/alternatives" on all Logos tagging. For example, I personally consider tags in the Old Testament for the Holy Spirit or Jesus Christ to be anachronistic - as I prefer the tagging to reflect the original audience rather than the Christian audience.

I don't even know what to say. I've been reading Robert Price.

@MJ. Smith I know none of us enjoys quibbling over the distinction between a bug report and a feature request. This distinction is not completely objective.
Nevertheless, I do think you are not referring to a bug in this thread.
I think you make a good case here for adding additional functionality to Factbook.
I respectfully ask that you consider submitting this as a feature request.

Er … ah .. I thought I did submit this as a feature request which is the reason for the tags "notes" and "Factbook" … but I think it is also important to understand that this particular case, but not all cases, may be a data bug as well. Are you saying that the workflow/responsibility structure at Logos requires that bugs and feature request must be filed independently even though the documentation of the issue is identical?

@MJ. Smith I am sorry, you do not need to file bugs and feature requests separately. And it was silly of me to to ask you to submit a feature request when you already had.
I will file a request for the Genesis 1 reference to be added to the relevant entries in Bible Event Navigator.

Trust me, I've done far sillier things in the forums. It's easy to miss the information that is only at the top of the page (and was missing for a few days)
