Is there an official way to send positive feedback? There is something about how the notes are done which I find really thoughtful and appreciate, so I want to let the department in charge of notes know.
You can email community@logos.com. I would be happy to forward your thoughts along appropriately.
I would call Customer Service and they could likely pass it on.
Hi @James Gillespie,
Thank you for your comment. After a few days I started thinking that the answer is that nobody wanted feedback unless it was to report a bug. :) I appreciate your idea, but I am actually kind of hesitant to contact customer service though, as I was planning on only sending the feedback if there was already an avenue officially set up for it.
I think at this point I will just mention it here, and then if anyone wants to notice it, they can do so. I am aware that the Notes has it's issues, but nonetheless, I truly appreciate how biblical references are recognized, specifically, that if the abbreviation is not capitalized, that the system realizes that it is not a biblical reference.
For years in another software I had huge issues with page numbers turning into Psalms. For example, "See p 123" would turn into "See Psalm 123."
Likewise, the "to be" verb of "is" would turn into Isaiah. So in lists like "He 1) was 2) is 3) is to come" would turn into "He 1) was 2) Isaiah 3 is to come" which is super annoying.
Additionally, any time a book would say "The number 7 is significant," it would turn into Numbers 7. etc, etc. Which was super frustrating. I thus truly appreciate that if I don't capitalize the first letter, I can write things like "p 15" or "number 7" without a problem.
Hi @Jason Stone (Logos),

Received my copy of the expanded edition hardcover version today and noticed that one of the introductory pages states it's possible to add a digital copy of this book to Logos. Unfortunately, the link provided (https://logos.com/LexhamPress) takes you to a Baker Books page with no obvious way to obtain the digital copy of…
The Video last month when pre-orders were being taken for the hardcover of Unseen Realm Expanded Edition, announced to us that the digital version was going to be released on October 1. I've not seen or heard anything from Logos about this.
Why If I have only 13 books downloaded and all notebooks and documents deleted does Logos still take up over 3.2gb of storage?
In a Windows context, one of the ways of enabling Logos logging is by downloading and running a javascript called EnableLogging.js Is there a similar facility available for Verbum? In a Mac context, there is a Logos Logging Utility available here Is there a similar facility available for Verbum?
