Is there an official way to send positive feedback? There is something about how the notes are done which I find really thoughtful and appreciate, so I want to let the department in charge of notes know.
You can email community@logos.com. I would be happy to forward your thoughts along appropriately.
I would call Customer Service and they could likely pass it on.
Hi @James Gillespie,
Thank you for your comment. After a few days I started thinking that the answer is that nobody wanted feedback unless it was to report a bug. :) I appreciate your idea, but I am actually kind of hesitant to contact customer service though, as I was planning on only sending the feedback if there was already an avenue officially set up for it.
I think at this point I will just mention it here, and then if anyone wants to notice it, they can do so. I am aware that the Notes has it's issues, but nonetheless, I truly appreciate how biblical references are recognized, specifically, that if the abbreviation is not capitalized, that the system realizes that it is not a biblical reference.
For years in another software I had huge issues with page numbers turning into Psalms. For example, "See p 123" would turn into "See Psalm 123."
Likewise, the "to be" verb of "is" would turn into Isaiah. So in lists like "He 1) was 2) is 3) is to come" would turn into "He 1) was 2) Isaiah 3 is to come" which is super annoying.
Additionally, any time a book would say "The number 7 is significant," it would turn into Numbers 7. etc, etc. Which was super frustrating. I thus truly appreciate that if I don't capitalize the first letter, I can write things like "p 15" or "number 7" without a problem.
Hi @Jason Stone (Logos),
Thank you for your help, and I will send an email shortly with my thoughts (and which can provide more detail than I did on the forum). Thank you. :)

I am doing a word study on ἀκολουθέω. I want to copy and paste the text from the Bible Word Study page output, that shows all the instances of ἀκολουθέω in a Bible. When I copy, I get an IMAGE, not the actual verses. There appears to be no way to simply copy the text. With every update, Logos seems to get harder and harder…
In my preferred Bible, I go to Notes tab then the drop down menu. The menu drops down at about a 20 font and locks up. I close and attempt several times then the drop down's font is back to normal and everything works.
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) Do you know if Logos has any plans to produce this resource or not? The first 3 volumes are great but they refer and point to material in the 4th volume… it is like having a commentary point to excurses you cannot access. It is frustrating and has been in PrePub since 2023… why it is even a PrePub…
(1) I recently opened up my Word List (on Mac desktop) that I created to learn Greek and it had always been set to Erasmian Greek, but now it has defaulted to Koine Greek (which I don't want) and I cannot find a way to change it back to Erasmian. Currently on my laptop it still has the Erasmian Greek. Is there a setting to…
I can't find out how to prioritize books. I've watched the quickstart guide, read Logos help page and googled for help. I follow the instructions but the button or place where I should move my preferred books simply doesn't exist. I've tried everything. I've just started using Logos so it can be my mistake but I feel like…
