I am reporting this as a bug but it may be a feature request. The Biblical Event Navigator and Factbook don't work as a linked set. I am trying to use the BEN as the driver. But it also fails using the Factbook as the driver.
This would be a new feature request. Panel linking with a couple of exceptions operates off synchronization of milestones. The Biblical Event Navigator does not contain milestones and would require special implementation to be able to support panel linking.
One could argue that it's a bug that panel linking is even an option for that interactive, but we don't currently do resource-specific enabling/disabling of the link set feature based off the specific resource that is open, so this would probably also end up classified as a new feature.
