Moving a note in Notes

When I want to move a note within a note document I drag the colored box up, but the window doesn't scroll when I reach the top. Instead I have to drop it at the top, scroll up till the note is at the bottom, and drag the note up again until I reach the desired location. The same is true for dragging it to the bottom.
