Why is my software not loading??

It's Saturday night and I go to open my logos program on my MacBook Pro and a pop up I've never seen comes up asking me to log in. It takes me to Faithlife online Bible study, but doesn't open my app. When I try again, it just loops back to the same thing. It's not only frustrating, but extremely troubling that it started for no reason and Logo doesn't have customer service during the most critical times for pastors/users: Saturday night and Sunday morning. Is there anybody on who knows what is going on?

Please provide screenshots of the Pop up and "Faithlife online Bible Study". Does the same happen if you try to open with CMD key held?

It is expected that log in happens via a web page. This page describes what you should expect to see: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029498012-How-do-I-switch-accounts-in-Logos

(Although you can ignore Step 1, which talks about switching to a different user profile. The sign-in process should be the same for you though.)

Thank you for the help. I spoke with customer service this morning. For some reason, I had Faithlife ebooks on my computer (don't remember doing that, neverthless…), and the Logos signin was defaulting to that. CS said it was a curious error that didn't make sense. Still, he was able to get it redirected by deleting the Faithlife ebooks app.
