I have read the instructions for adding an MP3. I have been able to add the MP3 and configure it, however, when I select the slide it does nothing. Am I missing something? Thanks.
When you go to the slide with the mp3 and go on air, do you see anything like this?
Justin, I do not see anything like that. I have added the MP3 by clicking the speaker icon in the slides list. It is added as shown in the attached screenshot. This is as far as I can go. I can see no way forward from there. I have played the MP3 using Windows Media Player so i know it is a valid file. I no longer need to use this as I found a clunky workaround. Thanks,
Can you go live and give me a screenshot of that slide?

I'm so confused - what's happening? What am…
What is the reason to have member, moderator status if there is no difference in their permissions to make changes to the service items? I would like my singers to be able to preview the song audio so they can practice during the week without accidentally deleting a song or moving it in the order. I would love to have the…
Greeting, Our Pastor would like to do a live feed to our sanctuary from church camp. The only method for us to project the image with our projector is to add the live feed to a Proclaim slide. If anyone has been able to accomplish this, I would be interested in what app they used on their smart phone and how they attached…
