Have preview texts spawn under the mouse when using the web app!

Loving the web app - it's my go to for accessing my logos resources. A big drawback, however, is that when hovering over links, particularly Bible passages, the hover opens up away from where the mouse is. If you want to scroll the text - for example, when there's a long bible passage - you can't! As soon as you move your mouse, the link loses focus and the tooltip/ disappears!
See, for instance, the screenshot below. As soon as I move the mouse to move over the bible text, the popup closes!
