I use the Sermon Builder every week. I love the sermon manager for organizing my preaching schedule. The syncing with my iPad is fantastic and has only let me down one time in ~150 sermons. The biggest shortcoming is the format of biblical texts. Even there I've seen improvement – requiring ⌘ + Enter for inserting Scripture was a great little change in the past few months.
The biggest need for improvement is in the formatting in poetry. It pastes in double spaced with no indents or ability to indent without indenting the whole block. This is a huge inconvenience for me as I don't think there are many sermons that don't include references to the Psalms or other poetic literature.
