Editing scripture readings

My (our?) life just got more difficult with the last update/relaunch (unless I'm doing something wrong). I NEVER start from scratch, duplicating a previous presentation and editing the result.
We use two or three scripture readings. I always edit the text to better fit the slide. Previously I would edit the text and the slides would automatically re-format, adjusting text, etc. and I would move to the next. Now, each time I adjust the text for a scripture slide, it sends me all the way back to the FIRST slide in the entire deck! Making editing a very, very, very arduous task.
Anyone else have the same issue?

Clarification … the slide preview along the bottom of the screen reset to the beginning …

Thank you for reporting this, I'm able to replicate the problem and will create a case for the team to look into this.

Thanks @David Vela (Logos). Since my editing of the text is only for spacing, the view that I get along the bottom is sufficient for editing the text, so it really is a critical feature for me and saves lots of time. The slides don't automatically progress … but I was able to use the slider to get to the section of slides, then move to the text box to enter spaces or dashes as a means to insert page breaks, then see how that impacted future slides. THANKS
