I am wondering why you can't save the fuzzy search results as a passage list? Also curious as to why it doesn't show the number of hits, either. I did try "Send to Inline Search" and from that I believe the Fuzzy search results and the Passages Search results are the same as it says there are 1027 hits.

Because the total number of hits is unknown - hit "more" and it searches/calculates more results. The smart search is NOT comprehensive while the precise search is.
