How can I make highlighting show up in NASB95 when I highlight in ESV?
If you highlight verse in one translation such as ESV it should show up in NASB95. Partial verses also show but may not be contiguous depending on the structure of different translations. If these highlights are not showing up you likely have visual filters precluding it.

On the Dynamic Toolbar, click Notes, then "Show Notes and Highlights", scroll down the list of notebooks till you see "From other books with corresponding…" Check that box, and you will see your ESV highlights in the NASB95. If you click the three vertical dots at the right of this item, you will see the popup that is in the screenshot.
The sympathetic highlighting feature that you are asking about requires that you own the reverse interlinear datasets for both Bibles.

This is incorrect for Bibles if both the Bible where you highlighted and the Bible you are looking at have the appropriate Reverse Interlinear dataset.
So are you saying the NASB95 in the free software won't work? I tried to select the entire verse (v16), but the highlighting did not transfer over. It does with the other bibles.
The free software provides a few reverse interlinear datasets for free. You will note in the Bibles where the highlighting transfers that there are interlinear options under the Aleph/Omega toolbar button, alternatively, if you open the Information view from the panel menu and scroll down you will find information about the reverse interlinears in use by these Bibles.
I believe the LEB is another Bible where you will already have the reverse interlinears.
