Promoting the Sufficiency of God’s Word through Biblical Counseling Scholarship —
Originally published by The Master’s University, The Journal of Biblical Soul Care sought to create a platform for academic research related to biblical counseling. Resources focused on biblical counseling methodology are important, but further work in theological and theoretical principles is also necessary. Now as a publication of ACBC, the mission of the JBSC remains the same: engage educators, theologians, counselors, and academics to advance the field of biblical counseling.
We stand on the shoulders of generations of men and women whose commitment to the Word of God and care of souls has laid the groundwork for a resurgence of biblical soul care. The Journal of Biblical Soul Care reflects our dedication to the sufficient Word of God and its ability to speak into the complexities of human nature and experience.
