Open Notes
Filter for Type: Notes
Search for Iner (searching for the word inerrancy)
Select the Note
Select all the text in the Note
Right Click and select Copy

I cannot reproduce. Does it make a difference if you use CTRL+C at Step 6?

Thank you, Dave. Sorry for the delay. When you couldn't reproduce it, I tried some additional tests.

It makes no difference whether I use ctrl-c or right-click copy at Step 6. In both instances I get the same behavior.

As soon as I use either one, it freezes. I cannot de-select the text, and Logos shuts down.

Next, I opened the source book to the location of that Note (on the off chance that there was some sort of link between the Note and the source book). Under these circumstances, the behavior was the same. When I copy the text from the Note (in Logos, not the book) and select either copy method, Logos shut down.

I went back and performed steps 1-4. I selected part of the Note text using 'click-drag' starting at the period at the end of the text and moving back and up. I found I could select all of the text to the word "autographs" in the top line and use either ctrl-c or Right-Click Copy. Both worked fine up until that point. When I went further and tried to select up to the word "original" Logos shutdown.

I am wondering if it is possible if something is corrupted in the underlying text or formatting marks. I am not sure.

Balancing Commentary Ratings
