Have a notes view that shows the create date and latest update date for a note.
Show these two dates when hovering.
Keep a history of the create date and subsequent note update dates, and provide a way to see said history.
Make these dates and views easy to find and use.

The create and modify dates on notes are very useful, perhaps even important, as we study and review. Please add this visibility through the desktop and mobile app.
