I'm a long-time Proclaim user (was on the Mac Alpha testing team way back when). Never had a major issue that we couldn't figure out. Well, I'm at a week of summer camp currently and it looks like an update has gone through. The presentation (for this specific week) that I am using starts to load, but then locks up. Spinning beach ball of death. Every time. I have deleted Proclaim (complete wipe) and reinstalled a few times. On a whim, after a fresh install, I opened a different program set and it works fine. So now I know it's an issue with something I added…but I've been using the same set all week. Most of my files are "offline" files or used "only on this computer" and not uploaded. Anytime I open Proclaim it does not give me the option to sign in, it just auto loads the last presentation/set.
I've got a ton of work into this presentation. Is there anyway of figuring out what is causing the problem and fixing that or do i have to recreate the whole thing?
Tech stuff. I'm running Mac OS Sequoia 15.5 and the newest build of Proclaim. The area has a VERY low internet and cell signal, so things are slow and I'm usually doing everything offline anyway. The problem started when I answered an email and proclaim was on in the background and began a sync.
Real life stuff…I'm the dean this week so I'm not on the computer as much as I'd like to be to answer any questions quickly.
