I am trying to add my print books to the print library, but I don't see the option to add them anymore. I am subscribed to the monthly plan. I only have the option to Preview/Buy on my books when searching for them. What am I missing?

Is there a way to change the default "view" and "formatting" settings when opening a book? I'd like to have "popular highlights" always turned off and "paged view" always turned on. I'm sure someone else must have asked this question before, but I searched and had no luck… Thank you!
I believe support for RefTagger has long-since been ended. However I use it a lot, and for the most part with some modifications, It is almost working as I desire. The last modification I would like would be for the ToolTip to print more words before giving up and "last word…". Some others even resort to a scroll bar…
