The textbox pictured below has cycling phrases, but the span class= "word change" element causes an overflow issue where the entire webpage moves down a line. It makes it incredible difficult to read on the site because the text keeps moving up and down every few seconds. It's likely a sizing or padding issue with h3 class= "title blue_regular" but the cycling words shouldn't affect all of the contents outside of that particular object throughout the entire page. I haven't checked all other pages on the site to see if the issue exists elsewhere.
